1. Is Decent Devil a manufacturer?

Yes, we are manufacturing the bodies by ourselves in our own factory.

2. Can we visit your factory?

Sure, at any time, please make an appointment with us.

3. Where can I buy your products?

Decent Devil is only selling their products to re-distributing companies overseas. We do not keep regular stock, but manufacture upon orders.

4. How can you guarantee perfect A grade products?

Our QC is pretty strong. We OEM for famous brands as well, so we are used to high requirements. Normally 20% of our producting is B-grade, which we will not sell. As glass fiber material is hand-made and manually painted, we have to cope with the nature of human individuals not being able to replicate at 100%. Therefore our pricing is a little higher than our competition's, but we insist on having only TOP products leaving our factory.

5. Can you produce any RC fiber product?

Yes, we can. We produce rotor blades for helicopters as well as boat and airplane hulls. You are welcome to inquire.

6. Are your products conform with toy regulations?

Well, we are using 2K acrylic paints for our bodies, which are normally used for painting real cars. Those colors do not contain any hazarduous materials and comply with toy regulations completely. The glass/carbon fiber - and the Resin we are using - is completely PAH (Policyclic aromatic Hydrocarbons) free. Colors and raw materials all do not exceed the allowed limits for heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr(IV)). RoHS is not applicable for our products as they do not contain any electronics, but our products would even pass RoHS testing.

7. Are you a certified factory?

No, we are not according to ISO9001 standards. Our production volumes are by far not big enough to make it necessary to audit our production facilites. We are located in Dongguan, Guangdong, one of Chinas provinces with the most serious governmental control regarding labour control, safety and environmental protection. Our paint-spray facilties are set up according to international standards, we even ensure the workers health while handling paints and resin.

8. If I want a certain shape being produced, what is necessary for producing a sample?

We can produce samples out of 3D files and out of existing scale samples supplied to us. We do normally not charge a sample fee, if we can understand that your company is reasonable and willing to order such a product, if price and quality meet the expectations.

9. How about color schemes for the existing products?

We can customise the painting scheme for your order. If we get sufficient template material, we are able to produce it. Extreme detailed paintings may come along with additional fees. For branding the products, you may be eligible to register with the brand holder in your country. So far, we are unable to register and pay royalties with foreign brands. For packaging using a registered foreign brand, we need a proof that you are entiteled to resell the brand in your country.

10. Do you take care for employment of minors and your workers conditions?

Yes, we do. We do not employ workers under the in China legal work age of 16 years. We hold weekly meetings with our staff, to ensure that our workers get what they need. Besides of that, it is hard to produce nice products with an unhappy staff. At them moment, we employ around 200 workers in our factory. The living areas are brand new buildings, so we can guarantee best conditions for our staff. We provide all kind of safety equipment, such as gloves, cloth masks and paintings masks for our workers, to ensure maximum safety. We are proud to represent ourselves as a up-to-standard facilties regarding safety and environment protection.

11. Do you produce all accessories by yourselve?

Yes, we do. We have a own plastic molding department, where we produce such products as landing gears or transparent windows. We thereby ensure that sparepart supply for our products can be guaranteed.

12. What is your regular production time?

As we mostly keep semi-finished stock, our lead times range from 14 to 45 days, according to order situation and volume. We can very exactly estimate production times.
